My car works good, but sometimes when you turn it off and you try to turn it back on, it will not start. When you take a look at the fuel line and try to start it, the line does not have fuel going through it, and when you leave the car alone for a while, sometimes it will start.

What kind of car is it? Year, make, and model. When it doesn't start does the engine spinn over? Are you sure you are looking at the fuel line? I can't recall any that are clear in recent models.
