nonfunctioning master door lock switch

i have a 2002honda accord ex. My child lockout switch located on the driverside appears to be malfunctioning. power windows do not work from master switch. I have not been able to locate fuse which may be culprit. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you !

Already Tried:
checked obvious fuses ascetainedthat power windows operate normally from passenger side . locking and unlocking from outside the car using the remote is erratic

It's not a fuse...it's either the master switch itself or a broken wire in the door jamb rubber boot.

       I appreciate your comments Re my problem, however I thought I had solved this problem Two days ago which was why I never read your answer until now. I retreived the 2nd remote I got when I bought the car and it worked fine. At that time it was apparent to me that it was just a weak battery or the first remote had just worn out. The plot thickened today when the 2nd remote failed. I bought a new battery and it did not help in either remotes. This brings me back to your answer that the switch is the problem, but how do you explain the switch working perfectly during the last two days with the 2nd remote. Is it possible that the two remotes finally just wore out? and they are the problem. They are two years old.

I had long ago forgotten that problem as it was a intermittant problem which had somehow dissappeared into the quiet night.
