my car smokes white smoke when first started after sitting overnight with a loss of power at first then it's fine

Two possible causes,the first is the valve guides and valve seals are worn out and oil is getting into the cylinders,the second is the head gaskets are leaking anti freeze into the cylinders. Either way the cylinder heads need to be replaced or rebuilt.I hopethis helps you,please click accept.Thanks
