1989 740 gle 16v, when if first drive my car it starts just fine, when i cut it off and try to start back up, it wont start all the lights in the dash comes one the horn windows everything in the car works but it wont say a word. after about 4 to 5 hours it will start right up like nothing has happen. i was told i need a neutral safety switch, could that be the problem or what else could it be. it does not click like if the starter was going out.
