2002 chevy malibu - oil changed at wal-mart - after oil change check engine light comes on & service vehicle soon light on - turned car off and turned back ono 15 - 20 minutes later; able to lower windows and turn on air, suddenly windows won't go back up - air conditioner turns itself off and won't come back on - instrument panel doesn't work (guages won't register)
