Hello I got a 97 concorde It always starts for 2 seconds then stalls, the power to the injectors cut off after 2 seconds. It is not the Security system because it doesn't use the chip on the key but the car acts like if it has a security problem. What can it be?

Optional Information:
1997 Chrysler concorde 3.5

Already Tried:
changed ECU Fuel pressure regulator ignition switch

Hello!

Do you have a scan tool that is capable of reading live powertrain and SKIM data on this vehicle? Also, when the ECU was replaced, was it programmed to the vehicle?

I don't have scan tool to read live data. I did not program the ecu I put in.I bought it at a junk yard same part # as original ECU, they said it was off a running car.
