i have a dodge avenger 1995 how do i test the pcm , i have replaced the distributer, cap, and rotor, but the 12 v to the dist from the pcm only turns on for 1 sec. i get no spark and it seems like it is the auto shutdown relay in the pcm. the fuel pump doesnt run and no spark any ideas, could it be the pcm, i did change the cam sensor with one that didnt quite bolt on from pep boys, to check it, the car will not give me any codes with the on off on off on method, but today it did and it said battery, auto shutdown relay due to fuel or cam, crank sensor. please help ive been playing with the car with a tech from a local shop for 2 weeks.

Already Tried:
replaced all relays distributer, cap rotor and tried a crank senseor that didnt quite fit but it plugged in the wire harness and did go in as deep, just wouldnt bolt on.
