I have a 89 honda civic wagon and when the car sits out in the sun the engine light stays on and it wont start. When I open the windows and let it cool off it then will start.   This happens too in the summer after driving for awhile it wont start up right away .   When its ready to start up the engine light will then click something seems like under the dash and I know it will start   . Is this some kind of relay switch that is going bad?
