1995 Celica starting/idling problem

Sent to Car Experts July 07, 2006 10:39 a.m.

1995 Toyota Celica 2.2 Engine
When I start my car it turns off because the idle is very low. If i press on the gas, it keeps running but the moment i let the gas go it turns due to low idle. It happend once last month after by State Inspection and I changed the motor oil from sysnthetic to regular motor oil. But since last week I have the major problem. I don't think its due to regular oil. I changed the spark plugs except one which I was not able to remove. I also changed the spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor last nights. No progress. Please help.
