A 2001 saturn SL1 w/ 171,000.00 miles has been taken care of like a baby, oil every 3k and so on any how it just started from zero up until about 40 it get a little bit of bucking

timing chain lifters some stupid exhust pice that throws exhust back into engine

Over 40 does the car run fine? Has the check engine light come on? When was the last time it had a basic tune up?
