Oil leak (bad one)

I have a 1988 Toyota 4wd manual trans, 4 cyl. and I have a pretty bad oil leak. I can’t see any thing from the top and I haven’t been under it yet. This just happened all of a sudden. I know there are several possibilities, I just want you to get me close if you can. Thanks
