Fuel line leak on 94 Mustang GT 5.0

Sent to Car Experts June 20 08:01 PM

I have a 1994 Mustang GT 5.0. The pressure rubber gas line that exits the fuel filter has leaks on it. It is a 9" rubber lining section that connects to a metal line and goes to the fuel filter output. Can this be fixed without replacing the hole harness safely? Plus the only harness if I have the right number is discontinued by ford. The number they gave me is F4ZZ9J2279B and this seems to be the metal line? Thank you!

I am lost on the way to combine the new with the old line, since it is gas pressure line.
Plus a connection to the fuel filter has a connection block on the end.
I have to see if they sell that part and if not I may have to hit the junk yard and cut the line and I am still back to a safe male on male connection that will work?
Any tips on a line to line connection that will stay and not leak?
