Bad Clutch?

I have a 1999 Mitshubitzi Eclispe, manual transmission. It started not going into gear and when I got it in gear it acted like the clutch would not disengage. I had the master cylendar replaced and now it is hard to go into gear. The garage I take my car to did not expererance the problem everytime I took in to them. Can you give me an idea of what my problem might be?
