My daughter has a 1996 oldsmobile achevia, when she is in traffic it will simple cutoff, she has had a diagnotic run that says the mixture is too rich, but that is the only problem that could be found. When it does cutoff, she is able to immediately start the car and continue on. What could be the problem?
