chevy cavilier 95 miss in engine

I have a 1995 chevy cavilier. It has a miss that cant be diagnosed. It misses at Idle and after car has went through its automatic shifts it starts missing. Plugs,wires, fuel pump,compression check all O.K. new EGR Valve installed no help. Have any idea? Thanks Dean
