Rusty bolts

I am installing new headers on my car. I took off and installed the actual headers without a problem but have now come to the road block of some severely rusted bolts on the undercarrage of the car (the pipe that goes from the headers to the cataladic converter). I have used lubricnats and brute force to remove them but they won’t budge. Any suggestions?

You may have to use heat on them to free them up. If you have access to a torch heat them up and apply PB BLASTER to them .It may take several applications to get them loose. Your other choice is to cut them off and replace them.
