I have vibration in my pedal on my 98 Mercury mystique. Ford said I needed new rotors. My honest car mechanic tried cutting twice but still vibrates. He says I need new caliper. What should I do?

 well vibration when you brake is form the rotors...he did not cut enough or the rotors are bad bad
