Went to the store and two hours later when I got out I noticed the tail lights, brake lights really, still on and the other lights were off. Checked to make sure the car was in park and the ignition was turned off, and the lights were off. The brake lights stay on now, even when the car is shut off. I disconnected the wires in the trunk when I got home, because it did the same thing and I didn't want to run down my battery. It's a 96 Nissan Sentra GXE. It's now Sunday and my mechanic (and probably no other) is open and I MUST go to work Monday. I am able to do some car repairs myself. Please help.
