Recently while driving my car i started to hear a thumping/squeaking noise coming from under the front left tire. It also felt like it was a little harder to steer, like it wanted to pull to one side or the other. I know the car had No oil in it, and probably very little power steering fluid, but i don't know if this was the problem or if it could have caused an even bigger one that i am unaware of.
