THis morning my car started, it started a little rough like ...

THis morning my car started, it started a little rough like usual (older car).   Then when i went to start it later it cranked but wouldn't turn over. Now when I go to start it, it doesn't even crank, nothing at all. I thought it could be the battery, but all lights are working to full power? Any idea...starter?
