I jsut bought a used car in the state of TENN...a used 2004 Mazda RX-8...it still has warranty on it..but upon having it 3 weeks..found out it has a bad wheel which leaks air which is caused by prior owner hitting somethi9ng with rim...I was wondering if there is a 30 day rule in the state of tenn which I can return or threaten to return a used car if they dont fix a problem like this..Mazda will not cover it due to priors owners fault but I think it should have been road ready too..so can you advice if there is anything I can do...Thank you..Kevin Blair

just talked to service and know its not covered under mazda warranty although car still has factory warranty...but they sold me a car that basically needs a new rim because of damage done to wheel before I bought it..its leaking and has to have hydrogen put it every week thus far...had it 24 days
