Greetings!
A pink or reddish colored fluid from the center of the vehicle can be leaking from either the transmission or the transfer case. Both of these components use Dexron transmission fluid which is red in color (or pink when it gets old and worn out).
You will need t either crawl under the car to find the exact point of the leak, or take it in to a repair shop to have the leak identified; there are many points wheere this fluid could be coming from in that area (gaskets, seals, etc...)
