This sounds like a nice car with such low mileage!
I would first back-flush the coolant system, renew the antifreeze, change the oil, and filter. Check and replace the air filter if needed. If the fuel filter has not been changed in a long time, replace it. Once you have done this you can take it out for a good run. Monitor your gauges, stop, and check under the hood occasionally. I would not get too worried about "codes" and that sort of thing at this point. The anti-freeze alone can be contaminated and setting off a code. Anti-freeze can become an acid which will do harm if not changed periodically. This is why I recommended changing the oil, anti-freeze etc. Once the engine has been run at normal operating temperature then you can begin evaluating the overall condition. You would be better off getting a few miles on it to make a good evaluation.
