I drove my car to work and it was fine and when I got off ...

I drove my car to work and it was fine and when I got off it took a lil bit to drive but it went slowly then it grinded , i shut it off and turned it back on after 5 min. and drove it home doing 20 mph, I tried to go in reverse and it wouldnt go, but you can hear it go in gear, is it my trans? or my breaks? or is it a calliper?
