my 2001 camaro v6 starts very rough when hot and alittle rough when cold any ideas   starter?? battery??? or something else

If its been a while since your last tune-up, then that is why you are having this issue. Things like:

spark plugs/wires

fuel/air filter

PCV valve

those are the most common for giving this symptom. You should check and replace them if needed. If you recently had a tune up done, then check the:

distributor cap/rotor

usually when the above things have been thoroughly checked and the car is properly maintained the problem is resolved. But if you check them/replace them and the problem still persists, then you will need to check emissions system.
