Still leaking antifreeze

I have a 1996 monte carlo I resently noticed antifreeze on the top of the inside of my hood. I had water pump replaced, but not sure if done right. Now I have antifreeze flicking off my belt.It only happens after I start the car, after sitting over night, but after running it lightly srays then quites PLEASE HELP ME . I need my car to go to work to take care of my kids so can you please give me a solution. thank you very much
