My mom has an 88 oldsmobile 98 regency, my husband replaced the seals on the fuel injectors and there is no leaks, plus he replaced the fuel filter and got a new battery. The car will start a couple of times and then it wont start. Has a new starter and all that. Can you tell me what is wrong? Is it the fuel pump? and if so where is it located?
