Recently my car would just quit running after warming up.

Recently my car would just quit running after warming up. After a short period of time (approx. 1 minute) the car would restart and be fine, I replaced the brain, ignition module and crank position sensor. Now i have an intermitten misfire. It feels like one of the cylinders is droping out. This happens at all speeds and engine temperatures. I put in new plugs and wires but still have the problem. what do you think
