my car ran out of oil and i busted my oil pan i've ...

my car ran out of oil and i busted my oil pan i've changed the oil pan now the car will not turn over or start my car has oil and everything what is the problem

change oil put new pan

How did your oil pan become broken? Is it broken from the inside? Or did you hit something and is was dented in?

i hit a speed bump and it was dented in also the starter turns but it still dosen't start

In your first post you said the engine does not turn over, now all of a sudden it turns over but still doesn't start , Am I understanding you correctly?
