I have compression, spark, plugs, injectors, wiring has continuity and power, but only injectors number 1 and 2 are pulsing and 3 and 4 are not? Is this a problem in the PCM or the resistor block? The car had sat for a year or so and i just rebuilt the engine. All the grounds are good by the way.

Already Tried:
Another computor but i think it was fried. It has brand new plugs, wires, the injectors are good because we swapped them from the non firing cylinders to the ones that were pulsing and they worked, checked continuity from the ground side of the wire to the PCM, and we have power to all the injectors on the power side. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!!!
