I have a 1998 Olds Intrigue that the air ...

I have a 1998 Olds Intrigue that the air condition is not working properly. I wonder if it is some vacuum hose off? The drivers side vents on the air condition DO NOT blow cold air like the passenger side vents. The car has the standard air not the dual control for setting for driver and passenger. The local dealership replaced the front steering rack that was involved in recall a couple of months ago and I wonder if they failed to connect something.
Can you tell me location of the vacuum line or give me suggestions.
