i have pontiac grand am 95. ran out of fuel put dry gas and mixed it with gas still would not turn over. tried starter fluid and tried jumping car. put a new fuel filter in car and now you don't eve have to have the keys in the ignition and all the lights on the dash board will comes on. what to do?
