I own a 2000 Corvette, my instrument panel dash lights dont work when I turn the switch on, and nor does just my tail lights. I turn the car off and the dash lights work, only when I turn the key off. I checked all fuses and breakers, ok. Cant figure out what is wrong? Can you advise? Also my check engine light has come on. I can reset it by discontect battery. I believe it is the air censor. Is there away to disconnect the air censor dealy and my car will still run ok? Thank you.

Optional Information:
2000 Chevrolet Corvette 350

Already Tried:
Check fuses and breakers, reset by disconnect of battery

Hello

This sounds like a ground problem.

Check all wires going to the chassis and as far as the dash goes they usually ground to the steering column

Reply to glenn's Post: Not a ground problem, works when it wants to. Car is 2000, but car is like brand new.
