My 1988 pontiac fiero wil not start. The headlight go

My 1988 pontiac fiero wil not start. The headlight go up and are working, the tail light work, however all interior components will not go. and it wont start. is this a fuse problem? or what should i look for. it is like the car is possessed because one day it wont start 2 months later it takes off like nothing was wrong.
