Am not able to turn the key from ACC to lock position.All other things work fine.had to keep the car in ACC overnight, today morning the battery was dead, had to jump start. To my surprise When the battery was dead i was able to turn the key to lock position...after charging the battery am not able to..looks like something related to electric..i just removed the CIG/Radio fuse and then i am able to move the key to lock. if i put the fuse back again, the key doesnt turn again from acc to lock position. what might be wrong? please help
