94 lincon town car signature brakes lock up after driving 15 to 30 min front primarly new master cyl booster rod is not adjustable and is corect leingth changed master cyl again disconected ABS system help whats next ABS poss

You need to methodically find out what's holding it.

Drive it around and get the brake to lock up. now jack up the front wheels so you can tell right away if they free up. loosend each line at the master cylinder about have a turn and close it back up while always checking to see if the wheels free up. If they don't respond to that, try opening the bleeders at the calipers, one at a time and see if that helps.

If they don't free up at the master but do at the calipers, that would indicate bad frex hoses.

If you have an ABS module in between, try the same thing there before going to the calipers. This process should isolate the area causing the problem.

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: sorry If I cut you off I crack the front brake line on the master and it frees up one funny thing i notice is that the fluid resivour is building vacume up when this happens
