i have a 1987 chevy camaro 2.8 v6. the relay by the brake fluid refill shorted out and now my car won't start. It will turn over but not start, could a in-line fuse down by starter be a problem if not what are possibilites why it wont start.?

Already Tried:
changing in-line fuses, reset breakers, new relays.
