we have a 73 IH SCOUT HAND ME DOWN THE CAR SITTING FOR ALONG PERIOD OF TIME . PROBLEM IS THE BRAKES!!! WE HAVE REPLACED ALL RUBBER HOSES -MASTER CYL -BRAKE BOOSTER. WHEN COLD BRAKES SEEM OK .AFTER12+MILES BRAKE PEDAL BECOMES HARD AND CAR WILL TRY TO STOP WITH NO HELP FROM US.CAR HAS DRUM BRAKES ALL 4 WHEELS. ANY OPINIONS ARE APPRECIATED.
