i have a 1994 pontiac grand am and when i turned it off one day it would not start back. When you turn the key swithch on the panel lights will not come on and a line on fuses in the fuse box has no power runing to them (they are the fuel pump, panel light, door locks) but we ren a wire from the positive of the battery to a fuse that is not working in the fuse box and the car will start but ithe car will not turn off unless you unhook the wire from the fuse. any suggestions
