Hello again, I might be wrong on this one, but I am going on my past experiences with your symptoms you posted (all I have) and that you are going through, you have replaced allot of the parts so far that have eliminated the basics and not fixed the problem so far. Since those parts are eliminated that is where I was making my opinions from to point you in another direction. Your ignition system is a high voltage system and if you have burnt/failed parts and add the humidity factor in it where moisture can build up around those parts it can cause these symptoms. If the coil packs and wires check okay then there are other items to look at like faulty clogged fuel injectors, etc.. but I do not think you would get away with 30,000 miles of driving. You said it started around 60k and you now have 90k. Another thing you told me is the engine stumbling and almost stopping sometimes (rough idle), this has nothing to do with the transmission. Also late model Hondas with the automatic transmissions generally speaking rarely have major tansmission problems under 100,000 miles. I would think the error code you get (p0780 shift error) is from when the motor misses and you step harder on the gas pedal and the motor catches then transmission is getting lost and jerks between gears. Remeber, when buying parts for your Honda, especially on the igintion parts to use factory oem parts. I do not know what plugs you used on the replacemnet, but you should use the platinum factory oem replacement plugs which th eengine was designed to use same goes for if you find a faulty coil pack. Going for a cheaper part at a general auto parts store usually can cause you additional problems, cheaper parts are not allways better on ignition parts. If the coil packs check okay let me know and I will tell you a couple of more items to check/inspect. One last question, have you had this diagnosed in a honda automotive shop? Let me know what you find.
