I have a 1996 dodge Neon (single overhead cam) Starts up no problem, but when you put it in gear and start driving, in any gear it starts to jerk like its missing, you try to give it
gas and it starts to backfire or die so you have to give a little gas and then let up a little to keep it going while constantly jerking on and off. after driving it like this for abour 10 minuets, it stops almost completly except for a small jerk every now and then. 20 minuets after you turn the car off, same thing all over again.   Changed coil pack, plugs, gas filter but to no avail.
