Just pulled my 99 Gran Prix into the garage and it cut off ...

Just pulled my 99 Gran Prix into the garage and it cut off and the horn went off. When I tried to start the car again the horn goes off again and the engine cuts off. Did this several times.

Optional Information:
1999 Pontiac Gran Prix V6

Already Tried:
Just trying to start after I got home. Turn the ignition and it starts, then cuts off and the horn goes off.

Try this before we get too deep into this.Lock and then unlock your doors with the remote and try it and if that doesn't work try locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key.Let me know what happens.

Okay, I gave the locking and unlocking with the remote and it worked. Car started just like normal. So what gives and is this a small indication of larger problem.
