REPLIED Check Mark

If your parking lights work it sounds like you have a bad instrument dimming switch which is part of the headlight switch. The dimmer is the knob right beside the headlight switch the you can roll to increase the brightness of the dash lights. The dimmer switch and the parking lights get their power from the same place and the same wire for that fact. The lights for the most part have seperate grounds. If you have a test light check the greay wire on the light switch while rolling the dimmer switxh to see if you have power coming out (you need the parking lights on for this). If you have no power replace the switch. If you do have power then you have a bad connection at a connector, but since you already replaed the instrument cluster I doubt that is the case.

Did you check for power in the grey wire?
