when i have my car in park and shift it into reverse ...

when i have my car in park and shift it into reverse (automatic) it makes a poping noice and kinda jerks...and when i start it, it sounds loud but its not like the loud muffler sound, and when i put it in reverse and let off the brake it makes that sound and it like hesitates to move and if i just leave it runing and dont change gears it like makes this like noise where it kinda sounds like its revin up but im in park and all. if you have anyy idea what this may be, please let me know.
