i accidently turned om the windshield wipers in my 1990 olds cutlass supreme international, while it was covered in snow and ice. the wipers now do not work. checked fuse it is OK. removed entire wiper motor and arm assembly applied power using an auto battery motor assembly operates and wiper arms move . must be a circuit breaker or relay , haynes manual not very helpful. any Ideas? Thanks a Bunch
