My car 1996 Toyota Camary has a vibrating on the ...

My car 1996 Toyota Camary has a vibrating on the steering while I am at a completly stop.(e.g. stop lights, stop sign, etc.), but when I am accelrating. I don't feel a vibrating on the steering.   Today, I took my car the the shop. they put a "top engine cylinder kit" to help cleaned accrusing. now, the vibrating on the steering is stll there.   

Can the spark plugs cause misfire to cause the vibrating on the steering? can fuel injector cause steering vibrating? Timebelt had changed 4 years ago. What cause the steer vibrating?

Already Tried:
I replaced time belt 5 years ago. Has "TOP ENG Cylinder KIT" put on my car to help acrusing. My car vibrating on the steering when I am completly stop? In accerating doesn't vibrate. right now, I try to narrow down the problem that causes steering to vibrate. can spark plug cause misfire to cause steer to vibrate? What suggestions you want me to look into, I appreciated?
