an 89 jetta won't start, you turn the key and get power but nothing turns over. i went to check the battery and starter, the battery is fine, but i found a wire that looks like it connects to the starter that is just hanging. I just need to know where i go about getting to the starter in this 89 jetta, underneath the car or what. I can't seem to find it.
