The anti-lock light came on on my 1995 ...

The anti-lock light came on on my 1995 Honda Accord's dash. I took it in for inspection and was told that there are two components (assemblies) to my ABS system and both had failed and would need to be replaced. The parts along were quoted at 1600.00 Does this sound right?
