i have a 1997 volkwagen jetta and i get hard shifting between third and fourth gear, if i press the gas padle slow it will stay in fourth gear at speed of around 60 mph and 2900 rpm, but if i try to accelerate the car go down to third gear stay at 60 mph but with 4000 rpm. what could be the issue?
