I have had coolant enter the cylinders due to a faulty head gasket but never before have I had oil in the radiator mixing with the coolant. This car never used oil but all of the oil left the engine and entered the cooling system. Still a head gasket or is the engine block cracked ?

Optional Information:
1998 Kia sportage 2.0

Already Tried:
Nothing. I have purchased a head gasket

I doubt the engine block is cracked but you never know.I would check to see if coolant is in the oil and if the trans has coolant in it if an automatic. If it all chacks out replace the head gasket per the manufacturers instructions. You should have the head checked by a machine shop while you have it off. Please don't forget to click on my accept button after viewing your answer. If this was very helpful you may add a bonus if you wish to do so.

The mystery is that all of the oil has left the crank case. there is no evidence of oil in the crank case on the dip stick, just in the radiator,
